Return if you don’t like the scent

If you don’t like the scent, you can return the product within 3 days of receiving it. You will have two options:

Exchange: swap it for another product

Refund: 70% of the product price back

Return conditions

The product must be unused and undamaged. Products with a broken seal or opened packet will not be accepted.

Return it with the original packaging and bottle, and contact us within 3 days.

If the product’s condition has changed through use

Refund method and time

Approved refunds are sent to the customer’s mobile banking account (bKash or Nagad).

Once the refund is processed, it can take 7 to 10 days to arrive. Please send us your mobile banking number and account name for the refund.
